Alvaro Vega joined the Boston West team in May 2026 as Client Service Hospital Service Manager. Prior to joining Boston West, Alvaro spent eight years with Banfield Pet Hospital in Northborough, where he served as Client Service Lead and Portuguese translator, building meaningful relationships with hundreds of clients and families navigating their pets' care.

Alvaro holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Worcester State University, earned in 2024 while working full-time. At Boston West, he leads the recruitment, training, and coaching of the Client Care team, oversees billing processes and account reconciliations, and ensures hospital-wide OSHA compliance. He is committed to fostering a culture of hospitality, empathy, and excellence — where every client feels heard and every team member feels valued.

Outside of work, Alvaro enjoys running, baking bread, going to concerts, and spending time with his partner and close friends.
