Jillian Sergi joined the Boston West team in 2023 after spending 14 years with Shields Health Care providing radiology imaging services for 40+ healthcare facilities throughout New England. Jillian held numerous management and leadership roles, including Director of Customer Care where she was responsible for all aspects of customer service, partner relations, operational management, and workflow development. Jillian was instrumental in implementing new technology and service delivery programs that enhanced the customer experience for patients and referring community. Jillian is committed to offering high-quality experiences by cultivating a robust culture of shared purpose, value, and trust.

Jillian earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bryant University. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending time on Cape Cod with her friends and family.
