DVM Emergency & Critical Care Veterinarian

Rosa Yip

Dr. Yip is a native New Englander, having grown up in the suburbs outside of Boston. She believes her role as a veterinarian is to advocate for our four (sometimes two or three)- legged friends. She grew up in a household with pets, including dwarf hamsters, rabbits, chickens, and dogs. Each of theses animal relationships brought her closer to realizing that caring for animals is an inherent drive.

After completing her bachelor’s degree at the University of Massachusetts- Amherst, she worked in research and lab animals for a number of years before attending Ross University of School of Veterinary Medicine. She worked in a hybrid general practice/emergency hospital prior to joining Ethos.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and biking, cooking, arts and crafts, and being a couch potato.
